Audrey Barbier Litvak, CEO and Co-Founder of Offishall and former Managing Director of WeWork France and Southern Europe joins Calame - The Legal Ops Company as Senior Advisor

Calame - The Legal Ops Company is delighted to announce that Audrey Barbier Litvak, CEO and Co-Founder of Offishall, has joined its team as Senior Advisor. This appointment marks a significant milestone for Calame, reinforcing its position as the French market leader in legal operations. Legal Departments make a significant contribution to the commercial success of their companies. The strengthened strategic and business focus is a valuable asset for Calame's clients.

Audrey Barbier Litvak has business in her DNA. As Managing Director of GLOSSYBOX, she made the company profitable, increasing EBITDA to 45% in just 3 years. She increased the number of customers by almost 200%, from 17,000 to 50,000. Finally, she met the shareholders' strategic objectives by selling the company to a group. She then took over as head of WeWork for France and Southern Europe, where she piloted the Group's international expansion into 4 countries and transformed the business, taking WeWork from 1 to 30 buildings, and growing the community from 2,000 members to over 50,000, while supervising a team of over 300 people.

Audrey Barbier Litvak was Marketing Director Europe at Birchbox from 2012 to 2013 before becoming Managing Director France of GLOSSYBOX (a Rocket Internet SE company) between 2014 and 2017. She then headed WeWork as General Manager France and Southern Europe from 2017 to 2020. Since 2020 she has been CEO and Co-Founder of Offishall, a start-up responding to post-pandemic upheavals in work organization with an HR solution aimed at supporting organizations in implementing a hybrid work mode.
